Theresa Jones, RN, BSN, CPHRM

Theresa has been involved in patient safety, risk management, regulatory accreditation, HIPAA privacy, compliance, and quality management throughout her career. Her focus has been on identifying, investigating, and reducing risk while supporting a culture of transparency and trust.

Theresa has strived to improve patient outcomes and achieve the goal of zero patient harm while maintaining an awareness of legislative and regulatory activities related to healthcare risk management.

Theresa has experience and knowledge in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals and ambulatory care settings that included both primary and specialty care practices. These opportunities have provided Theresa with the expertise to provide guidance related to clinical quality management, risk management, accreditation compliance, and patient safety.

Theresa is a registered nurse and earned a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Radford University. She is also a member of the American Society for Health Care Risk Management, and she holds the designation of certified professional in health care risk management.
