Rachel Franklin, MD, FAAFP
Dr. Franklin is Regents’ Professor and vice chair in the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, and Associate Chief Physician Executive for Care Delivery Models at OU Health, Oklahoma’s only comprehensive academic health system. She provides inpatient and ambulatory care to patients across the lifespan, and continues to teach at the OU College of Medicine and at the OU Family and Preventive Medicine residency program. Dr. Franklin is a nationally recognized clinician, advocate and educator, and the 2019 recipient of the Oklahoma Academy of Family Physicians’ “Physician Partner of the Year” award.
She has been married to Benjamin for 23 years, and is a proud mother to their twins Emma and Jack, now forging their identities in the adulting world.
