Tonya Payne, a licensed Registered Nurse with over 26 years of diverse experience in specialties including Emergency Room, Intensive Care, and Med/ Surg, is dedicated to providing holistic care. Her commitment to helping others extends beyond traditional medical settings through her role as the Pastoral Care Minister at No Boundaries International. Tonya brings her combined expertise in medical and spiritual care to the streets of Oklahoma City, actively engaging in No Boundaries International’ s “Street Outreach” where she encounters and assists victims of human trafficking. Her trauma- informed approach has made a significant impact on many lives. Tonya is honored to share her extensive knowledge and experience at the Explore Healthcare Summit 2024, aiming to empower fellow medical professionals in addressing the complex issue of human trafficking.
No Boundaries International is a faith-based, trauma-informed organization that connects those that want to help with those that need help the most. We do this through our foundational programs of Restoration and Training (teaching you how to heal through the trauma in your life) as well as Outreach to at-risk populations such as the homeless and human trafficked.
