Suze Robbins-Fair, MA

For nearly four decades Suze Fair has been providing visionary teaching, coaching and guidance to University students, organizational team members, managers, and executives. Whether she’s in the not-for-profit or private sector, Suze provides energetic, practical, and positive inputs that invite people into both personal and professional development opportunities.

Suze’s unique consulting approach encourages meaningful, practical, and sustainable change in individuals and organizations. Focused on developing and supporting real transformation with those she works with, Suze utilizes four straightforward steps to change: IDENTIFY it, LEARN it, PRACTICE it, and OWN it.

Suze holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management from Anderson University and a Master’s Degree in Professional Communication from Purdue University. She is a certified Enneagram Coach as well as in the understanding and application of a variety of personal and professional development tools including the DISC and Myers Briggs.

Married for 38 years to Kelly, they are the parents of three adult children. Suze is involved in her community through her faith community, investment through local nonprofit organizations, and cares deeply about reconciliation and unity.
