Chad has been practicing law with Rodolf and Todd since 2003. In the last 20 years, he has developed a multi-state practice and has successfully defended clients at trial in several states. His practice currently is devoted to the defense of health care providers, employment law, trucking defense and medical staff/credentialing disputes. Prior to joining Rodolf and Todd, Chad served the State of Oklahoma as an Assistant District Attorney for Tulsa County as a felony prosecutor and as the Director of Crimes Against Children. Over the years Chad has been asked and has served as a guest lecturer to various seminars on the topics of trucking law, the importance of correctly charting medical records and the reporting laws regarding child abuse. Chad also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Tulsa, teaching Trial Practice. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and an Associate of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
