Calin Watt Kirk, MD

Dr. Kirk graduated from the University of Oklahoma before attending medical school at the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center and graduating from the OU School of Community Medicine in Tulsa in 2015.  She then completed a residency in Family Medicine at OU-Tulsa in 2018.  Currently, she practices full time with the Cherokee Nation in Jay, OK, where she enjoys taking care of the entire family, with a focus on prevention and wellness. Dr. Kirk has also added medication assisted therapy with suboxone, the treatment of hepatitis C, and the prescribing of HIV PREP to her practice.  While these additions have presented challenges, they have also been quite rewarding, as these patients often do not believe they have options for these services in a rural area.

Dr. Kirk is married to Warren Kirk, a public school teacher and coach in Kansas, OK. She has two sons – ages 8 and 3 – along with 3 dogs and a cat.  In her free time, she enjoys traveling and being outside – whether at the lake, in the woods, or at the ball fields.  Spending time with family is one of her greatest joys in life.
