Adverse Food Reactions

OAFP-Sat

This course provides an in-depth exploration of food allergies, focusing on both IgE-mediated and non-IgE-mediated reactions. Participants will learn to distinguish between these types of adverse food reactions and gain expertise in evaluating and managing conditions such as IgE-mediated food allergies, food protein-induced enterocolitis syndrome (FPIES), food protein-induced proctocolitis, and eosinophilic esophagitis. This course aims to enhance clinical skills and improve patient outcomes in the realm of food allergy management.
