Swapna Deshpande, MD, DFAACAP

Dr. Deshpande is board certified in Adult psychiatry as well as board certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. In addition, she is board certified in Obesity Medicine. She was also awarded the Fellow Status for the American Psychiatry Association (APA) in 2014 and distinguished fellow for American Academy for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP) in 2020. She was the President of Oklahoma Council for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, a regional branch for the national organization of AACAP from 2018-2021. She served as faculty with University of Oklahoma, Health Sciences Center from 2009 -2020 and was the Child Psychiatry Fellowship Director from 2014 to 2020. She has been on faculty as an Associate Clinical Professor at Oklahoma State University since 2020.
