Dennis Boyd, CFO

Dennis Boyd, CPA is the Chief Financial Officer of Cohesive Healthcare Management and Consulting in Shawnee, Oklahoma.  Mr. Boyd received his bachelor’s degree in accounting at Georgetown College where he played football. He credits this experience in helping him develop discipline, a strong work ethic, teamwork and the ability to overcome challenges as he navigated his career.

He’s spent over 30 years in healthcare, primarily as a CFO.  He began his career in Nashville, TN, moving on to Ohio, Texas and then finally to Oklahoma for the last ten years.  His hospital leadership started with a 786 bed facility and led him to Cohesive, where he has worked for the last five years, managing critical access hospitals and rural health clinics.  He’s also served on the finance strategic planning committee for the Oklahoma Hospital Association.
