Michelle Fowler

Michelle Fowler brings over 2 decades of medical compassionate care, including multiple years within the operating room, to the streets of Oklahoma City and internationally. Her heart and expertise for the underserved and often “invisible” populations such as those who are homeless or human trafficked is seen as she leads multiple teams on weekly outreaches to the hidden and dark areas of our world on behalf of No Boundaries International. With an in- depth understanding of how to bring trauma- informed conversations to those who are caught in the depths of at- risk behavior, she has made vast impact on thousands. Her leadership skills have opened the eyes and hearts of many f irst- time volunteers, who might not have ever known how to help those who are struggling with living on the streets. Michelle is honored to share her extensive knowledge and experience at the Explore Healthcare Summit 2024 , aiming to empower fellow medical professionals in addressing the complex issue of human trafficking.

No Boundaries International is a faith-based, trauma-informed organization that connects those that want to help with those that need help the most. We do this through our foundational programs of Restoration and Training (teaching you how to heal through the trauma in your life) as well as Outreach to at-risk populations such as the homeless and human trafficked.
