Rebecca Hubbard, PhD, MS, LPC-US, CFLE

Dr. Rebecca Hubbard is a research scientist and adjunct assistant clinical professor at Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. She holds a Ph.D. in human science and an M.S. in professional counseling. She is a licensed professional counselor candidate and a certified family life educator. Dr. Hubbard is dedicated to improving child and adolescent mental health in Oklahoma by improving capacities in systems engaged with children and their families. She serves as the program director for the Oklahoma Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Mental Health Access Program.
