Eric Chase

    Eric Chase is a Nationally Registered, State licensed Paramedic who holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Mercyhurst University, Post- Secondary Teaching Certificate from University of Colorado and Critical Care Paramedic Course by the University of Maryland Baltimore County. He is owner and founder of EMSIMPROV LLC, where he currently serves as a Board Member.

    Eric is an EMS Instructor, AHA and ACLS Instructor and has held positions including Clinical Services Manager, Field Training Officer, Flight Paramedic, and Fire Paramedic. He has experience in Level 2 and Level 4 Emergency Departments.

    He serves on the American Ambulance Association Education Committee, and is past member of the National Association of EMS Educators, Cultural Competency Committee.

    Eric is a regular presenter at conferences, workshops and EXPOs speaking on subjects including the use of improvisation in creating safe and collaborative environments, simulation and improv, Crew Resource Management, the Handoff, and PTSD. Most recently, he presented at the First There First Care and Gathering of Eagles Conference. Other events include OU Children’s Hospital Pediatric Conference and EXPLORE Healthcare Summit along with notable speakers; Dr. Peter Antevy, Rommie L Duckworth and Governor Frank Keating.
