Layne Subera, DO
Dr. Subera is a graduate of the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine where he also completed his family medicine residency. He completed a Health Policy Fellowship at the Ohio University Heritage College and is currently pursuing graduate studies in Bioethics and Health Policy at Loyola University. He is certified in Family Medicine with added qualification in Pain Medicine. He was an author of the 2014 Opioid Prescribing Guidelines for Oklahoma Healthcare Providers in the Office Based Setting. Dr. Subera currently serves as Chairman of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control Commission.
